CMP Certified Exam

The certifications are designed to test candidates on the behaviors needed to
excel in contact center agent and leadership roles.

The agent exam consists of 75 questions and takes about 120 minutes to complete.
The leader exam includes 65 questions and takes approximately 90 minutes to finish.

The candidate enrollment covers a candidate's educational and professional background, work environment, roles, responsibilities and overall work performance.

Once the candidate enrollment has been approved, the candidate will receive a link to register for the exam. The exam can be taken at home with a remote proctor, in-person at a Prometric testing center or at a CMP Customer Contact Week event.
